Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. The price at the time of purchase applies.

10. Governing Law

All transactions and disputes are governed by United States law. Jurisdiction for disputes will be in the appropriate court in the US.

12. Affiliate Policy Reference

For affiliates promoting our products, commissions are paid monthly on the 5th of each month.
Minimum payout threshold: $22, net of merchant fees.

Your participation in Digital Profit Empire is entirely voluntary. You freely elected to enroll, purchase, or access DPE products or services of your own free will, without coercion or obligation. You acknowledge that Digital Profit Empire provides educational, informational, and training content only and does not offer financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, nor any guarantees of results, income, or performance.

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in business, marketing, trading, investing, or income-generating activities involves inherent risk, including the potential loss of capital, time, or other resources. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks associated with your participation in Digital Profit Empire, including but not limited to:

• Business or marketing decisions and execution
• Financial gains or losses
• Trading or investment activities (if applicable)
• Use of third-party platforms, tools, software, brokers, payment processors, or service providers
• Decisions made based on educational content, examples, or demonstrations

Digital Profit Empire has no control over your actions, decisions, discipline, or outcomes.

No Reliance

You agree that you are not relying on Digital Profit Empire for financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. No representations, warranties, guarantees, or promises regarding income, profits, results, or success have been made. Any application or interpretation of the content provided is undertaken solely at your own discretion and risk.

Waiver of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you irrevocably waive, release, and discharge Digital Profit Empire, its owners, operators, affiliates, partners, instructors, contractors, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities of any kind—whether known or unknown—arising out of or related to:

• Use of or reliance on DPE content or services
• Business, marketing, trading, or financial outcomes
• Technical issues, platform limitations, or service interruptions
• Third-party tools, platforms, or services referenced or used

This waiver applies to claims based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statutory claims, or otherwise.

Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Digital Profit Empire from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

• Your actions, decisions, or activities
• Your use or misuse of DPE products or services
• Your violation of any laws, regulations, or third-party terms
• Any claim brought by you or a third party resulting from your conduct

This obligation includes full reimbursement of legal defense costs, settlements, judgments, and related expenses incurred by Digital Profit Empire.

Limitation of Remedies

If, notwithstanding the foregoing, any claim is permitted to proceed, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you to Digital Profit Empire for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Digital Profit Empire be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.

Dispute Resolution & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or Digital Profit Empire shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You expressly waive any right to bring or participate in class actions, collective actions, representative proceedings, or jury trials.
